  Started going to sessions about 6 months ago after it being recommended by a friend. I cannot recommend it enough! The main (most frequent) sessions are the strength circuits (which I LOVE) and there are also HIIT (high intensity interval training), pilates and flexibility sessions too.
  These are great sessions for people who like to train in a super supportive atmosphere, with no feeling of judgement/expectations around body type / gender expression or how you should be approaching your training - it's not all about lifting big, you do you :)
