  This is a 15 platform Railway station. The staff are always friendly and professional.
  
  There are plenty of information boards and like any station you must keep an eye on them for time/platform changes.
  
  There are a few food shops dotted about the station and a pub near the entrance (platform 3).
  
  If you end up on platform 15 you would be forgiven for thinking you have arrived in a war zone as the view of the old post building is horrible.
  
  Point to note is that there is almost always a massive gap between the train and the platform edge due to the curvature of the track so watch your step and help people/children off who might struggle.
