  Never been here before I shan't be coming back. Could not hear/ understand the waitress when she was taking my order. Apparently she asked if I was "eating in or taking out" , this sounded like a mumble so proceeded to ask for a soya latte. Because I didn't hear what she said, she shrugged her shoulders, rolled her eyes at me and slammed her pen on the till! I cannot mock there quickness of delivering the drinks, however my latte was not even full to the top and to be honest looked very shabby and not presentable/ appealing.
  Over all I'm disgusted at the lady who served me as her attitude and customer service was appalling.
