  Loads of staff but nobody helping the overburdened service lady.
  Parts dept guy ignored calls....we saw him pick up the handset and put it straight back down!
  Reluctantly took car for repair so they would waiver diagnostic charge which we were not told there would be.
  Sales staff are arrogant. My wife was quite taken back by the unhelpfulness when just asking where the service counter was.
  We so disappointed, we called the main office to log a complaint.
