  Would like to say a massive thankyou to the manager TOM. While visiting today I had my usual latte which unfortunately was more foam than coffee. Before I had chance to notice, he was already at my table apologising and made me a fresh one. Also the elderly lady next to us had just dropped her fresh coffee and while we went to help, Tom assisted. Then settled the lady down and made her a fresh coffee. He has an amazing customer service skills.
