  I had a message to say someone had tried to deliver and that I wasn't home. Utterly untrue. Absolutely shocking service. Wasted my whole day waiting for that parcel top be collected twice now ! no phone calls no interest, disgusting.

  Well what can I say my daughter and I paid for next day service as we have a family funeral the man turned up took photo then left and said I wasn't in.(which I was). £10 down the drain and so far all they can say we can deliver tomorrow and £5 if I want am service cheers more money to throw away
