  Found myself shut away in a small room, without windows, with 2 others (including the trainer) for 5 days. The IT kept failing and some of those failures were down to The Knowledge Academy servers; which, despite assurance from the trainers that all aspects of the course were covered, made for very disjointed training and the consequent dissatisfaction. Remember to read the small print for these courses as at the end of the course one gets an attendance certificate which says little about the learning gained for any future employer; i.e. you can get the certificate for little contribution.
