  Why is my order on hold?
  
  Contemporary Oak Furniture Ltd has filed a notice of intention to appoint an Administrator. It has not yet gone into administration but has dramatically reduced its operations. A buyer is being sought for the business; however, due to these uncertain circumstances all outstanding orders have been put on hold with immediate effect.
  
  Am I going to receive my order?
  
  It is uncertain whether goods and services ordered will be supplied at the present time. We’re very sorry that we cannot provide any further details at this stage; however, all customers will be contacted before the close of business on Wednesday 31st January with another update.
  
  Can I cancel my order?
  
  The company is not able to process any cancellations or give any refunds.

  Placed an order weeks ago was informed of a delivery date but never arrived. Have phoned and emailed multiply times but have received no answers, replys or information. Only through searching on the internet have I discovered that have gone into administration. Disgusted describes my experience avoid Oak Furniture Solutions total rubbish.
